LINSDAY, M.S., P.E., PRINCIPAL, PRESIDENT Received his bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Cal-Poly Pomona and his master’s degree in Engineering Management from University of California Los Angeles. He worked 27 years on the Navy’s POLARIS, POSEIDEN and TRIDENT Weapons Systems with the responsibility to assure that quality, safety, and reliability were built into these systems. Upon retirement in 1992, he founded Regulation Compliance, Inc. to bring the systems approach to regulatory compliance to industry. Mike has received certificates in Occupational Safety & Health and Hazardous Materials Management from the University of California Riverside. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
